Spanish version, November 2024
For the Spanish edition, we have decided to title the book Human Organizations: The Path to Distributed Power to faithfully capture the essence of the work, which is the creation of a systemic model based on Teal philosophy and new ways of organizing and leading. The purpose of our Distributed Power model—explained in detail in this book—is to offer concrete options to organizations that seek and wish to adapt to the new realities facing the world and the true needs of the people within them.
Para la edición en español hemos decidido titular el libro como “Organizaciones Humanas: El camino del Poder Distribuido”, a fin de recoger fielmente la esencia de la obra que es la creación de un modelo sistémico basado en la filosofía Teal y en nuevas formas de organizar y liderar. El propósito de nuestro modelo del Poder Distribuido -que se explica en detalle en este libro- es de ofrecer opciones concretas a las organizaciones que buscan y desean ajustarse a la nueva realidad que enfrenta el mundo y las verdaderas necesidades de las personas que las integran.
