On May 27, Alicia Medina PhD will be guest at Jobbpodden!
Alicia began her working life after completing a master’s degree in Math and a Computer Engineering. After many years in working life, first in roles in IT and then in various managerial positions, she received her Doctorate in Strategy and Management in 2012.
She has since split her time between business and academia:

🔹 in Future of Organizing AB as a business developer and advisor on organizational issues and development of new products and concepts that support agile working methods and self-organization.

🔹 at Umeå University’s Department of Business Administration where she teaches in “The Company’s Organization and Management”, supervises Master students in Management and Organization and researches self-organization and competence.
